		Jamie Morgans Marketing Your Youth Ministry Jamie is a youth pastor in Moberly, MO. She’s a veteran of the numerous highs and lows that come from working with the lives of teenagers. Jamie is also the Campus Ministry International Coordinator for the Missouri district.
		Akil Thompson Managing Bi-Vocational Youth Ministry Akil is a 12 year bank executive and a youth pastor who is in-the-trenches of every day youth ministry. A motivational speaker to corporate and community audiences, Akil is also involved in revivals, citywide rallies, camps, and school assemblies. His life passions are his wife an kids, and to motivate, encourage, and equip young people and youth workers.
		Damon Magee Planning & Presentation in Youth Ministry Damon is currently serving as assistant pastor at The Church of Omaha, in Omaha, NE, as well as Youth President for the Nebraska District. He has been involved in youth ministry since 1999.
		Rashidi Collins Building a Prayer Culture in Youth Ministry Rashidi is a home missions pastor in Tampa, FL and remains very involved in youth ministry as sectional leader in the Florida district. He has been very instrumental in inspiring young people to build strong prayer lives.
		Russ Cripps Russ is a creative speaker, writer, and thinker. He serves as the administrative pastor for Christian Life Church in Austin, Texas. He offers The Monthly Nugget, a free monthly leadership resource, and just completed his first book, Thirtyoneanothers. It is his goal to impact next generation leaders.
		Tim Rutledge Tim has been the student pastor of Refuge Student Ministries at the Pentecostals of Alexandria for the past eight years. He has nineteen years of full-time youth ministry experience. Tim coordinates a student ministry staff of over sixty volunteers, speaks weekly yo over three hundred students, and is an active student evangelist.
		Nate Rios Nate has spent the last ten years working in youth ministry in California and Texas. He has experienced the many different phases of youth ministry on both local and district levels. Crazy about young people, his passion is to see youth ministries across the nation grow and progress toward impacting their world.
		Danny Rivers Danny has spent over ten years working in youth ministry and has recently planted a church in the San Antonio area of Texas. He remains a sought-after speaker for various youth camps, district youth conventions, and rallies.
